What is in it?
This cosmetic contains 2 active ingredients that are combined to achieve an effect on ageing skin. These include:
- SYN-AKE - This ingredient is a synthetic tripeptide that mimics the effect of a peptide found in the venom of the Temple Viper. Although SYN®-AKE is structurally and functionally extremely similar to venom of the Temple Viper, it has been found to be extremely safe for use in cosmetic products using gold-standard laboratory investigations. In an in vivo clinical study SYN®-AKE was seen to temporarily immobilise the appearance of muscular contractions by up to 82% in 2 hours. This helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles by up to 52% in just 28 days.
- Easyliance - a biopolymer naturally produced by micro-organisms living in specific plant roots. The polymer forms a matrix at the surface of the skin and whilst drying, it tights and smoothes the skin. Easyliance has an immediate and visible lifting effect and provides smoother and younger looking skin within 5 minutes. According to sensory testing, 96% of panelists noticed a tightening effect with Easyliance.
